GO PLACIDLY amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even to the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive … Continue reading My Favorite Motivator!

set up a 7 Day per week Karaoke event. I am looking for a “place” to set up all my Karaoke Equipment in rather than do Karaoke Shows in Bars or Restaurants. It will be a Karaoke Club and only Dues Paying Club Members can come. No Alcohal, No Cigarrettes, No Vulgarity. Karaoke at it's best. It will also be a recording studio. I am going to call it "The Koala Music Center". I am looking for an empty Church to put it in. I want to set it up for 7 Nights a week Karaoke. I have about 10 Karaoke friends who will join the club as “Charter Members”, if I can find a place. I have a complete business plan. The Membership Dues will pay the rent and all expenses. Between me and my friends we can come up with over 100 members once I get it started. People love to sing and 1/2 the Karaoke Singers I know only go to Bars, (with the smoke, vulgarity and Booze), because there isn't any other places to go. I am going to create a place for them. If I build it, they will come, don’tcha think?. The math works out to. If a karaoke singer joins the club and comes to sing just 2 nights per week (6 PM till 12 PM) they can sing at least 12 songs. (That is twice as many as you sing at an Average Karaoke Bar). They pay less than 15 CENTS per Song! No Stupid Contests! Bars raise Drink and food prices to pay the Karaoke DJ with. We won't do that! Members will save money on the food and drinks and only Club Members can sing! Never More than 15 Singers in the rotation! Anyway it will be great fun. I probably know 200 Karaoke Singers by myself. It may work, OR NOT! We will see. Nothing Ventured, Nothing gained. I am looking for ideas. It will be close to an Interstate and very easy to get to.
I have to get back to walking and swimming at the Gym. Gotta be in shape to jump outta dat airplane (over Vegas), in my Elvis outfit this Fall!
